I’ve had this same experience all too many times, Cory Warren. It’s like I put my brain through a “social media/gadget reaching” boot camp. The slightest pause in a conversation, and my brain starts twitching and readies to dash onto a screen. I find it disturbing. Dog walks are an especially good time to just accept the “boredom” of the moment and explore what it offers.
